At FVI School of Nursing he amplifies the school’s core values and mission “helping our students and healthcare partners achieve success” by aligning leadership teams with employer’s around meaningful impact. Collaborating with a high-performance leadership team he focuses on developing South Florida’s next generation of healthcare professionals serving employer partners. Through TechLaunch and New Horizons he mentored high-impact leaders, empowering technology-driven organizations to unlock the power of their people and guiding aspiring technologists into rewarding roles. At TechHire.Miami, Arnie united educators, hiring managers, and community partners to accelerate under-represented talent into high-growth tech jobs. While serving on the State of Florida board that administers Florida’s $200 million workforce budget he amplified his conviction that when diverse teams receive the right coaching, communities thrive.
