As the founder and chair of an international life sciences strategy consulting firm and an investor and board member of a dozen public and private companies, I appreciate the need to involve AI to increase workforce efficiency and drive profitability especially during challenging economic times. My investments have ranged from healthcare, medical devices, biopharma, mining, tech, food and beverage, oil and gas, and commodities trading and have taken me all over the planet. Between these investments and work for not-for-profit boards for organizations such as the Singapore Government I have gained a global perspective as well as an understanding of how people work across industry, academia, government and the not for profit sector in various cultural settings.
