Jay's career launched at Siemens AG, where he swiftly advanced from software developer to project manager, undertaking international assignments and subsequently becoming one of the company's youngest software development managers. At Synergistix, his pivotal role significantly contributed to the company's growth and expansion. Jay founded the Synergistix Sampling Compliance business unit, attracting top pharmaceutical clients and cementing his reputation as an industry thought leader. His expertise in technology and pharmaceutical compliance, combined with his commitment to teaching, earned him the nickname 'The Professor.' Holding a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and certifications in Auditing and Project Management, Jay's robust academic foundation complements his extensive professional experience. His technological proficiency and keen focus on compliance have established him as a sought-after voice in the field. As one of Vjal Institute's earliest certified AI trainers, Jay has delivered AI training and coaching to more than 250 professionals across 40-plus organizations since 2023, working in small groups where coaching can go deep.
