Jeanette Leeds

Jeanette Leeds is an award winning executive, innovator and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR technology. Currently the EVP / Managing Director of Hourly by AMS, Jeanette leads the creation of next generation tech that optimizes the engagement and hiring processes through a combination of automation, conversational AI and real-time analytics. She is also an active thought leader and advisor in the high-volume hiring industry, co-hosting the High Volume Hiring Podcast and serving on the HR.com advisory board. Prior to AMS, Jeanette was the Managing Director and Head of Americas at Oleeo, a pioneer and innovator in recruiting enablement solutions that led the way in the application of artificial intelligence.

A front-line global HR practitioner who made the jump to HR technology and services, prior to her executive roles in talent acquisition tech firms, Jeanette held senior global talent acquisition roles at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Jeanette holds an MBA in Management from Columbia Business School. During her spare time, Jeanette serves as board member for a non-profit focused on needs based education scholarships and can be found cheering on her two soccer addicted kids.
