A seasoned business leader with 27+ years of experience in strategic leadership, international business development, operations management, and entrepreneurship. I have led a large multinational petroleum manufacturing organization and spearheaded digital transformation. Over the years, I have donned many roles across all business functions – CEO/MD driving the global growth of a large 3rd Gen Enterprise, leading strategic M&A transactions and divestments, handling key international Strategic Business Units as part of European MNC, serving as MD of international subsidiaries in Europe & Mid East. I am an active angel investor passionate about mentoring and supporting innovative startups. As the Managing Trustee of our Charitable Foundation, I focus on impact projects in education, upskilling, and upliftment. I have a B.Sc degree, an MBA and attended several Management & Exec Ed programs at International Universities. I’ve studied at University of Madras, Manchester Business School, Vanderbilt University, Harvard Business School. I’ve been a Round Tabler, YPO member and a Rotarian.
