Pedro Noyola

Pedro Noyola is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spark Growth Capital. He leads the daily operations and growth of Balanced Business Group, a rapidly-growing, technology-enabled accounting business focused on serving wineries and specialty food brands. Before establishing Spark, Pedro demonstrated his expertise in business leadership through his successful tenure at FluentStream, a communication software company. At FluentStream, he assumed multifaceted responsibilities, including sales, marketing, client success, client support, and operational activities. Under his guidance, FluentStream achieved remarkable growth, with annual growth rates exceeding 100%. The company earned prestigious recognitions as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in America by Inc. and as one of the Best Places to Work by Built In Colorado. Prior to his role at FluentStream, Pedro held executive positions at Telogis, an enterprise SaaS provider acquired by Verizon. There, he led various teams responsible for sales, marketing, product development, and global partnerships. Pedro played a pivotal role in driving Telogis's revenue from $50 million to $1.2 billion ARR within a five-year period. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, in addition to an MBA from Harvard Business School.
