AI Trainer Profile
"Rahul's path to AI coaching is unlike most — it goes through industry leaders like Microsoft Research, Siemens, Target, where he led data science teams before the AI gold rush made it fashionable. With nearly two decades of experience spanning rigorous award winning AI research, a world patent, and enterprise AI deployments, he brings a rare trifecta to every coaching engagement: the scientist's precision, the operator's pragmatism, and the founder's urgency. As founder of Akaike Inc, Rahul architected an enterprise AI platform processing billions of data points to save costs or drive revenue for enterprises across sectors like CPG, Pharma, Media and Manufacturing. Recognized among Top 100 most influential AI Leaders (2024) with guest lecture invitations from institutions like Columbia Business School. Rahul has navigated every meaningful wave of AI: from early machine learning, Vision AI and Voice AI to today's autonomous agent revolution. For East coast and Midwest executives who wants to immerse in AI and transform their personal productivity and their companies, Rahul doesn't just teach AI, he has spent two decades building it."

My thoughts on AI
"AI is accelerating at a pace unlike any technology before it. The question is no longer what's possible with AI, it's how we reorganize our people and processes to work alongside it. In this new reality, human responsibility shifts rather than shrinks. People will increasingly focus on evaluating AI's output, making corrections, and guiding it toward accuracy and relevance, while AI handles the repetitive, high-volume work. And yet, people will still want to work with people. Empathy, judgment, and trust cannot be delegated to a model. The logical, process-driven aspects of work will migrate to AI; the relational and contextual aspects will remain deeply human. I'm also pragmatic about AI's current limits. LLMs won't replace traditional machine learning for every problem, voice AI and especially vision AI have high recurring costs, so it is important to use them only for high value use-cases . Business users need reliability, an AI that works two out of three times doesn't get adopted. Understanding this shapes how professionals should evaluate AI tools, build with them, and coach their teams through the transition. AI is a reorganization and a rethinking, not a replacement."
