Strategic communications and reputation leader driving responsible AI enablement
AI Trainer Profile
I am a senior Corporate Affairs, Communications, PR, and Reputation leader (C-Level) with nearly 30 years of experience across multinational organizations in Brazil, Latin America, and global environments. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with senior executives on strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, transformation, and reputation in complex business settings. Originally trained as a journalist, I bring strong journalistic rigor, fact-based reasoning, critical questioning, and structured, strategic thinking- capabilities that are especially valuable in the AI space, including the development and use of prompts, LLMs, and AI agents. More recently, I have been actively integrating AI tools into strategic workflows to enhance productivity, analysis, and team capability building. I also bring strong experience in facilitating executive briefings, media training, crisis simulations, and cross-functional workshops. I am particularly motivated by helping people understand complex topics in a practical, accessible way that builds confidence, encourages adoption, and turns learning into meaningful action.
Teaching Style
Clear, strategic, and highly relatable, combining journalistic rigor, fact-based reasoning, critical questioning, structured thinking, and practical application to prompts, LLMs, and AI agents.
Audience
My thoughts on AI
I believe AI is transforming not only how organizations operate, but also how people think, learn, collaborate, and make decisions. Its real potential lies in making knowledge, productivity, and innovation more accessible to a wider range of people and professionals - not only technical experts. At the same time, adoption must be thoughtful and responsible, grounded in ethics, context, and real human needs. For me, AI education is most effective when it reduces intimidation, sparks curiosity, and connects technology to practical everyday value. When people understand AI in a clear and relevant way, they are far more likely to use it confidently, responsibly, and in ways that create lasting impact.
