Yearly Subscription: We offer a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase for our Yearly Subscription. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at outreach@vjal.ai with your order details to request a refund.
Monthly Subscription: For our Monthly Subscription, we do not offer any refunds or returns once the purchase is made. The subscription is valid for 30 days (1 month), during which you will have full access to our website content and resources.
Please submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your billing cycle to ensure successful cancellation and avoid charges for the next billing cycle.
Yearly Subscription: You have the flexibility to cancel your Yearly Subscription within the initial 7-day period. Post this period, you can still cancel your subscription; however, please be aware that we will not process renewals for cancelled products. Your access to the product and services will continue until the end of the current term, but no refunds will be issued after the 7-day window.
Monthly Subscription: For our Monthly Subscription, if you wish to cancel, the cancellation will be applied to the upcoming billing cycle. This means your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current 30-day period, and no further auto payments will be processed.
Renewal Cancellations: Once a subscription renewal (monthly or yearly) has been processed, cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for the current billing period after renewal.
